A cozy stay by the main road

Our family loved the exceptionally friendly staff and enjoyed the convenient communal kitchen. It was perfect for a quick family meal before heading out for our adventures.

We found the bedding to be less than ideal, especially since the sheets weren't changed during our 5-night stay.

The One-Bedroom Apartment with Spa Bath was spacious and clean. It felt cozy, especially with the modern bathroom and plenty of natural light. The quiet environment made a huge difference. I could relax without disturbances from the main road. Parking right outside my unit added a nice touch of convenience. the shower over the bath had high sides, making it a bit tricky to get in and out safely. some towels were changed, but I would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning routine throughout my stay. Other amenities like the kitchenette were handy, but a few more kitchen supplies would have been useful. it’s a solid choice for a family stay, especially with its friendly service.

For a family stay, the location is spot on! We enjoyed whipping up a barbecue feast and loved the quiet vibe. The staff were fantastic, upgrading our room, and the amenities were just what we needed.

A cheeky critique, a stool would’ve been handy for breakfast at the kitchenette. A small table near the lounge chairs would really elevate the comfort.

Had a great time with friends at this spot! We stayed in a spacious apartment and loved the nearby beach and Moncrieff Reserve for some relaxation. The rooms were clean and had solid amenities, making our stay very enjoyable. Plus, the location is super handy with shops just a short walk away. Would recommend checking it out!

The only downside was the road noise from the highway, which occasionally disrupted our peace during the night. It's something future guests should be aware of.

Bathroom cleaning needs to be more thorough!!! Shower pressure was underwhelming!!! The kitchen window lights kept me awake at night!!! Overall room darkness felt inadequate!!!

Clean and tidy bathroom with modern furnishings made for a pleasant stay. The communal kitchen was a great plus for family meals, and using the barbeque was enjoyable. charging for additional milk after the first day felt penny-pinching, especially since coffee refills were complimentary. While it was a bit removed from the CBD, the quiet atmosphere and adequate lighting were appreciated.

We stayed at Amber Court Motel Nelson for 2 nights in the Standard Triple Studio with Kitchenette, and it was great! The room was spacious and comfy, with a good-sized bed and all the facilities we expected. The manager was very welcoming and went out of his way to help us during our stay.

closeness to parks and landmarks makes exploring effortless

I found the staff to be very professional and welcoming. It’s just a pleasant stroll to Moncrieff Reserve, an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature after a day of exploring the city, and with attractions like the Broadgreen Historic House just a short walk away, it made my weekend visits to landmarks truly enjoyable.

Great flat-screen TV and nice outdoor dining area. Limited wi-fi access was disappointing.
